Xi Jinping is now the most powerful person in the world. He wants to return China to a position of being one of, if not the strongest nations on earth. The Chinese people will never allow any foreign forces to bully or enslave them. To make that happen he needs a global order where it's okay to be an authoritarian leader like Xi Jinping.
