Communication Between Architects and Engineers

Mica is a senior project manager with simpson comforts and hager. She has been working with them for alittle over 20 years now, and on a variety of projects. The big thing we really find with communication is it's even more critical nowadays than it was when i first started my career 20 years ago. Making sure you're clear in your communication and that you are communicating are two of the biggest things we have found struggles with.
