i've worked for russian company and also swedish companies. Swedish companies are well, as i said, in ordics, everyone is in on every decision. And it's not as you need to be one individual. We worke more in teams on their quotas. I think that was a very interesting way of doing it. Instead of working purely individually, you were a team working towards the quota.
