Is Your Phone Addiction a Form of Socializing?

i am in this period right now where i am addicted, and it's not good. I will literally bring my phone with me into the shower sometimes and his watch random vidios. And i don't know what i need to do to get out of this sort of eddictionright now. It's really hard to find a balance between posting things and having fun with it, verses staying on there longer than necessary. Like when you're sending funny vidios, or any videos whatever, to your friends or whomever, and you're both laughing or talking ot it.
