I think the cop president plays in a particularly important part and we saw very kind of distinctive approaches between last years and this year's. Last year we had Alokshama there all the time seemingly pushing things forward this year there seemed to be more of a hands-off approach which I think caused some confusion on the ground. So now we've got almost a full year for that next group in the UAE and the next cop will be held in Dubai so for them to think about the sort of things that they want to achieve
