The basic idea is that you if in the context of decision making let's say about people, if a decision gets made about you, you should have some way of asking for recourse now. And that question can be unpacked in many ways so we'll hold that for a second, or I didn't get alone. Or I think it alone. I think you made a mistake, you need to fix your mistakes and reevaluate whether I should get a loan or not. The different ways in which this idea of recourse can manifest itself as an appeal of a mistake, or as an appeal to how to do things differently to improve right.
