Each location on average is making money. I think it's a 14% profit margin So for every dollar of salads sold 14 cents is leftover after all the costs as profits Each of your kitchens is doing about two and a half three million dollars a year in sales And about a $400,000 profit. That's really similar to like chipotle Which is a way bigger company and yet you're doing about the same amount of business at each store. The restaurant company overall Sweet green is not profitable.
