The Importance of Water in Long Runs
The body of a woman in her 60s was found near Sulkum, South West England. The victim had been decapitated and the remains were wrapped in bin bags. A local police officer gave him a lift back to his car which was parked all the way back near Hope Cove. He has not heard about any killer being arrested so it must have been an ongoing thing.
