Inpatients with difficult stomas or their morbid obese, the upper abdomen tends to be thinner, and it's an easier ostome to get up. 50% of colostomes in general that get done may never get taken down. If you want to do a low anterior section to get ana, getanastimosis down there, you're esentially making anat mosis to the skin. And this is hard because in many cases the mesenteris thick end is a foreshortened mesentery. The spleen ill fall away, but you just can't get lang like you're getting lank.
