Microsoft probably when in and prepared Activision for when they did take over. So that for all a sense of purposes, they probably already been working on getting it ready for Nintendo. Even if Microsoft doesn't get the acquisition, Activision still may bring call of duty over. They're like, hey, that way to get some money or whatever.
