Lewis and Gillian were looking to get into the Techstar accelerator program. They applied for one in Stockholm, but it wanted a Delaware C-corp. The other techstars didn't want that so they decided to go with Berlin instead. Now Lewis is trying to decide whether or not to change his company's name from tether to an electric car maker.
