Cookbook - Recipes for Creativity
It's not in the title, but running right the way through the book is this kind of metaphor of it being a cookbook and they're being recipes for creativity. I think as you mentioned, it helps the sort of decenter this idea of you've got to be a genius or you'll never be creative. We set that up as a kind of a way of organizing the book and then what happened during the writing of the book, we shifted away to this what, how, where, who, why framework instead. So there is theory there, but we don't push it too much in order to keep the book fairly accessible.
