How to Resiliently Work Through Tough Conversations

The more that you focus on what is within your control. You're actually going to be in your power and to be able to affect the situation to make the conditions right that you want. Be really effective at what you can control, like take 100% responsibility for your 50% and not trying to control the other people. Tell a different story about the situation, one that is of your creation, I think is really important. Once you're in your power, you can actually be effective at changing things because it creates a very virtuous cycle. It's how someone run by their own inner voice sees you then they have a hard time seeing you otherwise.
