Having a Shared Culture of Interoperability

i often am in the role of defining, call them models or representations. Those representations then get sort of taken as a kind of ground truth on top of which otherou things are derived and composed. As an engineer with some sibernetic background, little bit of applied control theory for m social system, it's actually a kind o commonly called out risk factors that you can't treat yourself as outside of the system. Your own biases, your design choices, your models that um, you use to design, say, a standard, end up implicit in the thing that you produced.
