Is There a Difference Between a Government Disclosure and a Disruption?

I was just thinking as you were sort of prepping this part of the conversation that what's ironic to me is when I look at even the people who are kind of spearheading the push for government disclosure I don't sense that even they've really thought through through the implications here the consequences. There's just so many moving parts it's very difficult to know how that's all going to land right. When you when you when you finally swing that bat you know how many things will change um but not be so glacially slow that we can't even perceive it yeah tricky questions.
