Sleeping Pills

What you do one night is going to determine how things go the next night. I wouldn't use sleeping pills in somebody who has an acute issue and needs to fall asleep so they don't get into this locked in problem. Those are much better suited to the peeling the onion that we do in the clinic. We limit the amount of time that they're actually in bed. And what their body tries to do is make it up so that they're getting really good sleep efficiency.
