I've always gotten people together in teams and always wanted to make sure people feel supported. So that when our lead at the time at dynamic the front end lead left that opened up a spot for me to really step into leadership. I kind of hopped in was like okay let's try this real managerial thing out and see how it goes. That was seven years ago at this point. I haven't really looked back since.
