Managing Communication Across Multiple Households

In the case of a divorced, rents or other living situations where multiple caregivers are in different households, do you have any advice for making sure that everyone is collaborating as effectively as they can? Yes, i've dealt with a lot of complex family relationships. I don't do parent therapy. I do parent coaching. And one of the issues we deal with is i suggest, even if your exspouser, the other person, is not playing along as you would like, always include them on the emales to the teacher. Always ask the teacher to include them on coming back so that at least they are aware of what is going on.
