The Importance of Working Moms in the Workplace

I think the bare minimum is just flexibility for all teams. Paid family leaves, setting people up to come back stronger so that when they get to work, maybe they've had more time at home to create that bond and feel okay about coming back to work. I really believe that parental leave should not be an option. If you have a company dedicated time, you have to take it male or female.
