Is There a Return on Investment in Knowledge Management?

The return on investment is definitely easier to show evidence when the upfront cost is not as heavy. Our emphasis now really is what is the result of the knowledge that we deliver to our clients? How is it really helping them? We will continue to do that kind of work and identify other tools. Jane, I'll give you the final comment. For us in our unit, it's a confident year. We are better off in 2022 than we were in 2021. And lastly, have fun. It's a lot of fun to do this, especially when you have good colleagues to work with. That for us is very important to the end of it to have that right team spirit.
