Charlotte saint martin, president of the broadway league: We're not looking at streaming as a new way of doing business for broadway. That doesn't mean it won't be in the future, but right now,. there's really nothing that replaces live theatre, right? Well, we have ten shows that have announced and that are opening this fall and early next year that are written by black and bipo playwrights. So that's a major step forward. I think a lot of this was about adding more of the behind the scene and the creative for people of color.
Charlotte St. Martin, President of The Broadway League, discusses the return of Broadway shows this fall.
