What Are the Most Critical Skills in the C-Suite?
A billion people need to upskill and reskill is impossible to fathom how big of an audience that is to keep your learning for. If you look at the skills in demand, it's very much going away from what people used to study and what they used to do. And there's almost nothing in between that will be left because all of that will be automated. Nellie: We can resist it or we can figure out how we're going to adapt and adopt these technologies. I love the idea of automating the most menial, repetitive types of tasks to free up my time to focus on more creative, strategic, relational elements of the work that I do.
