I like to stick to my workout routine as much as I can because it really helps my gut health. Another goal of the week is to make more content to gain more exposure to busy at pretty. A self-oppression to ask yourself is, what are the three things I'm most grateful for in this present moment? Pause that episode and journal that question. It's time to start manifesting our dream life and using the law of attraction. We're really good at asking for stuff because you know we are material girls.
