The Russian Army Is Looking for Former Tank Drivers, Combat Engineers and Snipers
The biggest challenge tho puden in his military face is not the quantity of troops. In fact, there's a pool of at least 25 million russian men that they could leverage. There are some doctrinal reasons for this, and it's actually really interesting. Russia puts their new recruits directly into units, and they get trained by men in those units. But that's not how we do it. We send our recruits off to basic training programs like at paris island when you join the marine corps.
