Sally Kohn: I'm as guilty as any with the whole feeling my schedule is just brittle. She says she has blocked out almost everything else that you could imagine and it's always based on your best estimate of how long something will take. Kohn: There isn't an unblocked like unit of time on my calendar. To me, when it's not only brittle that if you get sick or some opera, maybe an exciting opportunity comes up. You can't really take it without a whole cascade of dominoes falling"

Question - when it comes to work, do you really care about being more productive, or is the real goal to get all the important stuff done, but in a way that actually gives you back more free time to do the things, in both work and life, that you’re genuinely passionate about and excited to do?
