You're doing so much stuff with cutting-edge methods, ancient DNA and isotope analysis. What got you interested in those methods and how is it different from the kind of archaeology that you were trained in? Really accidental in some ways. Up until this point, I think like a lot of other archaeologists really, I've been pretty skeptical about ancient DNA. There have been various kind of false starts in the assertions about what ancient DNA was going to be able to do.
