How Did You Get Into Flutter Development?

It's been a longer journey than, than at least I anticipated. We kind of divided into phases that we affectionately call crawl, crawl, walk, run. In this crawl phase, there was a lot of investing in literally like, how do teams work with flutter. And then we started to work very closely with other teams and first focused on new features.
