The Importance of Diversity in Board Selection
i would argue that um somebody like susan lingart you know it makes it seems strange but there's a lot of bias against younger person. throughout many industries these board particularly that the finest the top board selections are done through that type of a process. i think we all should be cognizant of the fact a lot of people here know her i don't and a lots of people know her It sounds like unanimously everyone thinks she's qualified and will be a great board member and deserves a shot at this.
