The Gorsuch Dissent and Alito's Concussion
Alito's concurrence is three paragraphs. And he's just very clear. This isn't the case to do it. Maybe there's another case. I think that is a remarkable effort at public signaling again. In the dissent, you have Justice Gorsuch going to incredible lengths to protect the rights of sex offenders. Sort of a weird optical moment, but these are strange times.
