Purpose Trusts - The New Ownership Structure

A perpetual purpose trust is a non-charitable trust that has no human or it has no particular beneficiaries. It's an articulation of usually it's a number of purposes that make up the new fiduciary duty of the organization. And so we have been working on this structure for the last four or five years in earnest figuring out new ways to use it, figuring out how to use it for different assets.
