The Effects of Caffeine on Sleep

After two to three weeks, then I come to the equilibrium that I can actually sleep for seven hours. Because you don't have caffeine, you feel more sleepy. This is a phenomena that's already known, happens in humans. And essentially what my body needs is I should be going to bed between 10 and 11; waking up between 6 and 7. So just by narrowing that window, not eating late, right?
