Renewable energy is a very like cheap form of energy drainage. So we shouldn't be paying a premium to access renewable energy at certain times of day. When renewable energy might be in scarcity, when it might cost a little bit of a premium and that's where we're really getting at. How can choosing clean energy really send a price signal to incentivize all of those other technologies? Consumers are leading the discussion because governments are moving too slowly.
