Fitness testing is not an argument to tell kids to do pull ups and then make them feel shiddy for not being able to do a pull up once a year. You want to foment a sort of commitment to fitness, ay, you need a class. In order to do that, you would have to aggregate your data somewhere. If they were properly administered, sure have the potential to do that. But that's been true since the 19 fifties, and that potential has never been reached.
