Satric Food - The Essence of the Soul
In contrast to tummers and the regeos types of foods, we have what are called satitic food. So sattic foods are associated with clarity, purity, peace, dalance, harmony, health, happiness and a sense of universal compassion. In fruits, we recommend mingos, pomegranates, cocoanuts, figs, peaches, pears. Satric vegetables should be any kind of squash, especially poco squash, which is called oak o mos. And you can add some spices to your milk, like the termeric that we talked about as well as cidaman, the yellow munta aventa, as saptic food.
