i think that's a good segway into a how incidental collection actually operates. Bob is right that there'sat the collection stage, the government has to identify a foreign target. At the back end, accessing the data base that the government has amassed through through the surveillance of these people the united states, at that stage, the selector can be a us Person. The government runs us. Person queries in its vice amendments act, in its section seven o two data base. And so the concern is that what you have is large scale access to to us Persons communications without judicial oversight without probable cause. That is something that is not, wouldn't be fixed by the current version of the freedom
