Accessing the Body When You're in Fear
I love when you talk about accessing the body, which is so important. You say you can't logic your way through. In those times, in those moments, I know logically what's rational to be afraid of or what's not. But there's something logical about what goes on in a triggering moment. So we gotta deal with it in the body. And for me, a conscious crying practice is like, you know, making some space in my office, nobody's ever around when I do it. It is a private practice for me.
