I'm Not Saying Universities Should Be Political
On the one hand, you're arguing for universities to really step up in terms of their civic role. On the other hand, you are cognizing here clearly that universities are not representative of the democratic society. Wouldn't a better answer be, at least in the short term, to further retreat from engagement in the civic sphere? I'm just curious.
