Is There a Microbiom in Intermittent Fasting?
Four days is just really not enough time to judge fasting. The gut microbium is doing so many things with how we process food, and we don't even realize it. Some people might benefit from probiotics that are high in histomine or hystomine. As far as prebiotic foods for helping introduce probe cultures to your gut, I actually like fermented foods because they have a p otic strain of every single bacteria on them.
