The Night of the Living Dead
"The night of the living dead is incredibly dark, really. And this movie does feel tonally more akin to that in a lot of ways," he says. "It's very uncomfortable from that opening scene when you think you're about to witness a sexual assault." The film has 'dracular vibes' and feels like van helsing type of character - even down to the accent. He also talks about how martin was brought up as a vampire by his family.
