What Happened to the Pseudo Patients?

There wasn't a single instance where any of their behavior was questioned by the staff or considered suspicious. And in the files, there's no questioning or suspicion whatsoever about the pseudo patients at all. But that was the staff, right? What about the other patients at the facility? Yeah, this I think is super fascinating. They were the only ones that were onto it and basically were like, you're not one of us. And we can tell.
