The New Social Care Minister, Julian Kegan

Chris bryant picks his ultimate parliamentarian of the year. This is julian kegan, who i have waxed lyrical about before. She was er employment minister for apprent ship, and she had been an apprentice herself. And i really rate her, and i wouldn't at all surprise me if she gets in the cabinet very soon. Could she be a contender? She's against somebody who's coming relatively late in life to be a politician. That might count against her, am, but I think she comes across as a normal human being. There aren't many ministers that can do that nowadays.
