Are Any Training Systems Really Better Than Any Other?
How much volume can an athlete actually benefit from without drugs? When you look at that, perhaps the answer that question is far less than what we think. The best way to get good at weightlifting is to use bar bells and snatch - but nobody in the world will do that system because they all need something else. A universal might work well for everybody, it might not work well for one guy,. That's just that. And the degree to which you emphasize different aspects are totallyvidual.
