The Early Life of Cleopatra
Cleopatra spent her early years in Alexandria right at the heart of the Ptolemy kingdom. She spoke different languages which would make sense for a state's person especially living and working in that part of the world with huge diversity. So it would appear that growing up she learned how to speak different languages so she could converse with different subjects as it were. The activity she goes on to do shows that she's clearly a learned person.
