The Art of Giving Feedback in Workshops
i think finding people who are leading with generosity is so important. Everybody that i've met in workshop groups, for the most part has just been incredibly kind and generous. It's not an act of literary citizen to praise some one's work if it is not truly worthy of that praise. At the same time, it's also not doing justice to the work if you completely tear it apart. So its about being fair and giving feedback that is helpful and also true.
