The frame historically has been built inside two realities. Dream and aspiration, the dream of the master and the aspiration of sons. So much of Western education is inside the long history of colonial desire. And so for so many people, we have stepped inside an educational reality between a masters dreaming and a sons aspirations. The emphasis would fall on individual attainment and individual performance of that attainment.
