Is There Any Discussion of Additional Federal Funding for the MTA?

There's obviously discussion right now about whether Democrats in Washington, while they still have the House, the Senate and the presidency here for a couple more weeks. I'm not sure if you have any sense of if there is discussion of any additional federal money coming towards the MTA.
