Robin and the Sheriff of Tamworth

Despite the jeers at my appearance and my apparent lack of one eye, my arrow flew true to the very centre of the target. In doing so, it actually shaved a feather off the one that everyone thought would be the closest. At this, Frya Tuck nods approvingly as if all's right with the world. The sheriff awarded me the grand prize, which was a bag of gold coins. Then, the sheriff virtually begged to know my name and asked if I would join his guard, for he had never seen a finer archer in his life. I told him that my name was Peter of Tamworth, and that no man in merry England would ever be my master.
