The Benefits of Plyometric Training for Tendon Health

Plyometric exercises that make the system stiffer. it's very subtle but you're making the tendons a little more stretchy which is exactly what you want to do for tendon health like if you are someone that struggles with tendonitis. The campus boarding and the system walling and the hard bouldering things that are more power oriented, whereas the climber that is more icky or recovering from injury or trying to avoid injury should do less of that plyometric training perhaps none.
