i use apple notes extensively. For every client, there'sa general note for the company. If you want me to write an agreement, i have a note for that. And then later i can always go back and refer to it as i'm doing the work or creating the builling. I would add thaton the timely billing thing, have an appointment on your calendar,. But make sure that you get those bills out once a monthye.
