How Long Do You Think You'd Hold Your Breath?

Breathalyser is an app that helps you hold your breath for up to three minutes at a time. It's based on the exhale test, which has been used by free diming groups in the past. The easiest entry point is an equal inhale-exhale ratio of about 1:1. From there it goes from holding your breath for 10 seconds to 30 seconds or even one minute and 40 seconds depending on how stressed you are. You can get better results if you work out with someone who knows what they're doing but doesn't have as much experience.
